Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Smart4Tech reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order prior to shipment.
Orders may be declined or cancelled under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- Delivery restrictions within the requested location.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
Smart4Tech is currently not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT). Should our tax status change in the future, any applicable VAT will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the payment has been successfully processed.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates and offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
International shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination country, package dimensions, product weight, and courier rates.
Delivery Time
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
UAE Shipping Charges
Water Ionizers
- Free shipping within the UAE.
Shower Systems, Filters & Accessories
- Free shipping on orders of AED 200 or above.
- AED 20 shipping fee for orders below AED 200.
Western Region Deliveries
- Free shipping on orders of AED 300 or above.
- AED 35 shipping fee for orders below AED 300.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Smart4Tech is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the import regulations of their destination country.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Smart4Tech is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipment will be rescheduled whenever possible.
Any additional delivery attempts or address changes may be subject to additional courier charges.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used.
- The product has not been exposed to water or moisture.
- The product remains in its original condition.
- All original accessories are included.
- Protective plastic seals and tamper-evident packaging remain intact.
- Products with opened non-resealable protective packaging are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Returned products that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Product Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Smart4Tech warranties cover manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation.
- Misuse.
- Negligence.
- Water damage caused by improper handling.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
Warranty Period
- Life Ionizers Water Ionizers — Covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
- Shower Systems — Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
Warranty Service
For Life Ionizers water ionizers, warranty service requires the original purchase invoice together with the official Smart4Tech Warranty Certificate issued during installation.
Where applicable, Smart4Tech will cover reasonable shipping and installation costs associated with approved warranty repairs.
Warranty approval remains subject to inspection by our technical team.
Limitation of Liability
Smart4Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products, except where required by applicable law.
